Before you write

Most questions are already answered, and you will get what you need faster than we can type it:

• Shipping — delivery times, what arrives at your door, how many boxes.
• Returns and warranty — the 100-day trial, how a return works, what it costs you (nothing).
• Our story — who we are and why the sofa is built without a frame.

If you are writing about an order

Include your order number, and a photo if something arrived wrong or damaged. That is almost always enough for us to fix it in a single reply, without three emails of back and forth.

For a delivery that has gone quiet, track your order first — if tracking has not moved in three business days, tell us and we will chase the carrier ourselves.
